QUATTRO TYLE is the
newest development in Polyurethane technology. COMPLETELY
STERILE.
NON YELLOWING OR FADING
Anti-fungal, hypocloride and urine resistant.
RECOMMENDED FOR FOOD
RELATED OUTLETS. TEST: On a cured sample of Q TYLE was
placed 1cc of highly contaminated fungal spore suspension,
after which the samples were incubated at 22 degrees C FOR
14 DAYS. RESULT: No growth occured and it was concluded that
QUATTRO TYLE was not susceptible to microbial growth.

After looking into other
mattresses and mats Quattro discovered that most systems
still have inherent problems, some have porous covers, some
have covers that split, both a breeding ground for bacteria.
Some are filled with rubber crumbs that spread when used,
forming a hollow holding dirt and urine. Wet bedding gets
underneath some cubicle systems causing deformity in the
mats. All these are potentially mastitis problems. Taking
the above into account Quattro have produced a superb,
thick, comfortable, strong mattress that overcomes all of
the above. Quattro luxury mattress is approximately 2.5
inches thick, has a strong liquid proof cover and recovers
just like your sofa at home. The design of the system allows
for the option of either single cubicles or a continual
cover spreading over a number of cubicles. The cover and
design caters for easy, natural drainage keeping cleaner
beds and cows. The holding strips are made of a strong
flexible plastic compressed board and all that is required
for fixing is a hammer drill, hammer fixings and washers.
The new mattress fulfils all the husbandry requirements laid
down under the new farm assurance scheme.
